Apr 24,2025I’ve been waiting a long time for my withdrawals. I bank with RBS and I’ve been told that they will need to be sent by bank transfer so I’ve sent the information and they’ve been pending ever since. (Apparently a senior manager has to approve and send them and the wait is all dependable on where I am in the queue and they only work office hours) I put through a withdrawal on an alternative payment method since while I’ve been waiting on the bank transfers and I’ve not had that withdrawal either.

Apr 23,2025Not at all happy. I deposited but when I wanted a withdrawal they wanted bank statements which I sent photo of my card which I also sent . Then 2 seperate phonecalls asking about my spending ! Then they wanted another statement. I have been advised my withdrawal will go through but still waiting for confirmation. I use several different sites and NEVER had issues like this before . I'll update IF I get my money. Its unacceptable that they will happily let you deposit but like pulling teeth to withdraw.
