Oct 16,2024Overall, happy with their offer, however, had to contact them twice to clarify the offer. Firstly, they confused hotels then in the booking confirmation it was stated “bed&breakfast” instead of “all inclusive “ as per quote. Little bit of attention to details would be appreciated.

We were booked into a certain part of the hotel that apparently they don’t even sell because of how bad the rooms are - so how does that happen!!! I would NOT recommend Love Cuba and would definitely never return to Cuba. Very disappointing to say the least.

Oct 12,2024We are recently back from 2 weeks in Cuba which was amazing. From the very beginning Liam from Love Cuba was great, helping us decide on hotels, answering any questions we had. We booked a 2 centre, 3 nights in Havana and 11 nights in Varadero. All the paperwork including visas came in plenty of time. We were greeted at Havana airport by a friendly rep who got us to the front of any queues that she could, helped us log missing luggage with Air France and got us into our amazing American car for our transfer. 1st stop Havana and the hotel Nacional this is were we met the fantastic Adrian we can not praise this rep enough he was outstanding in many ways and a credit to love Cuba. He took his time telling us about Havana, he explained about the weather for the next few days ( due to hurricane Helene), he provided recommendations, booked us restaurants, taxis and answered any questions we had ( not just on his visit but over WhatsApp too) He also went out of his way to contact Air France regularly even after we’d moved to our 2nd resort of Varadero and kept us informed. Thanks again Adrian we truly appreciate everything. At Varadero we were met by Diane who was friendly and helpful, advised us how to contact the reps if we needed anything - though we didn’t. Only saw/heard from the rep once on our arrival day except a message with regards our departure details though I’m sure if we wanted more they would have been there. Due to Air France losing our luggage we even had emails from Patricia in the UK with updates which made us feel as though the company really did care. If you are planning a trip to Cuba we would highly recommend booking through Love Cuba, they have staff who are friendly, and knowledgeable.

Oct 03,2024Shyama, the rep from Love Cuba, put together a package that will include several destinations within Cuba and was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering queries promptly and courteously. As I have not been to Cuba before, it has been very helpful to have plenty of information about what to take, what currency is used etc.. I am hoping the actual holiday will prove to be a fantastic experience.
