Nov 24,2024There are no words to describe our experience! Love Cuba is a joke! Great service during booking, they speak with fork tongue!! It has been very stressful, and agree with previous 1 star comments. 5* all inclusive holidays, should not be offered. Transparency, regarding hotels being 3* if that, and food a drink shortages. The Cuban people are wonderful, and the sea was fabulous, but that was it. Unfortunately, we won't be back, which is a shame, as tourism is crucial to this country.

Nov 23,2024We asked for a call back and Liam called us almost immediately. We discussed our requirements with our time window. Liam kindly put an itinerary together and emailed it across. He then followed it up with a telephone call to make sure we had got it and answer any questions. All the communication was really informative and never any hard sell that we have received from other agents. We are looking forward to our trip now and feel very confident in Love Cuba. Thanks Liam it was a joy to speak with you.

Nov 22,20241) There was some on-location knowledge that would have been nice to have before departure, for example that there was a difference between room + privilege level versus getting a room you like and a privilege level you like separately. Ended up finding out and changing at the hotel after arriving. 2) There was a LoveCuba representative waiting outside the airport to get clients to assigned transport. Except we were not on his list, there was no one with our names on the sign. After running around for a while and getting prepared to pay for a taxi some random woman walked up to us and she did have our (misspelled) names on the list. She didn't have a brand shirt or sigh or anything. It was basically luck we run in to each other. 3) Local representative didn't come to talk to us until day 3 (if we count the arrival day) due to a hurricane that ended up not happening. The WhatsApp QR code given to us by her didn't work (but the contact given to us before departure worked, so we were OK). 4) All communications with local representatives via WhatsApp took a while to get a response. Expect a few hours between relies. Do not expect to be able to make arrangement for things earlier that 24h in advance.

Nov 16,2024Trust Pilot Review - Cuba We are grateful to Matt Watson at Love Cuba who arranged our holiday to Cuba for the four of us. This will be our first visit to Cuba and we were grateful for all the help and advice we received from Matt. We were initially booking with another travel agency, however, they were not willing to provide us with the information we needed and hence our switch to Love Cuba. We were pleased we made the move. What we most appreciated about the service provided by Matt at Love Cuba was that he recognised that we were the customers and tried to accommodate our needs, rather than force an agenda upon us. He was patient, provided useful information and advice on processes, hints and tips in relation to Cuba. When we made several changes to his initial itinerary, he took these on board and tried his best to ensure our wishes were met. He did not make us feel that we were burdensome. Matt was always friendly in all of his communication, including long conversations on the phone and we felt that he cared and wanted us to have a good experience travelling and being in Cuba. Matt helped take the stress out of organising this holiday which was really appreciated. I would recommend Love Cuba to anyone who wants to experience a holiday there.
