Good service. Plastic aprons selected are OK but extremely thin and flimsy. But they were cheap.

I placed an order with. 2-5 day delivery, I received an email on the 11th June telling me my order had been dispatched when my goods had not arrived by the 18th I emailed you and got no response, on the 19th I telephoned and was told you were terribly sorry but my order was still sat in the warehouse and had been missed on dispatch day!!! Despite being told it was ok because you would refund my money this really was not the answer as I was left with the items I needed to provide my customers with special Father’s Day gifts and if I hadn’t chased you I would still be waiting for you to notice your mistake!! I will not use your company again and will advise other people I know in the trade not to use you either.

Great products however concerned with the amount of bubble wrap used considering the damage to the environment. Packing paper would be a much better substitute.

Had a few issues with this company but nothing major until... I Ordered some takeout boxes for my business and placed it on next day delivery. Received a confirmation email to say the parcel had been shipped. The parcel never arrived after 5 days, this was not helpful on an extremely busy weekend and ended up in me losing custom, so clearly I’m not going to be happy. So I rang the company, I was told that I’d receive a call back, 2 hours later and nothing, so I rang again and was told again that someone would call me back ... then I receive an email stating I had received a refund... what!?why!? and why had no one called me to sort this, I don’t think there was any intention there to call to resolve the issue. So I called for the 3rd time and pushed for it to be sorted... eventually I got through to someone. They told me that they had checked the warehouse and had found my parcel just sat there!! Issuing a refund in which I didn’t ask for is not acceptable in my eyes, I wanted my parcel. There was no offer of sending it too me, just a refund. On the phone all they kept saying was we are running a “skeleton” team... clearly this isn’t working for you- Many recent reviews will also show this isnt working. I’m extremely disappointed in the way it was handled... if I hadn’t of rang I’d like to know what would have happened to my parcel and if they would have even contacted me to explain a delay! The system clearly isn’t working and it seems rather than saying you’ll try and resolve this, do! Now I have to spend time looking for another company to clean up the mess! Definitely will not be using this company again!

Item I ordered wasn't in stock and preferably would have heard about it earlier than I did! In saying that I understand it was the weekend, but issue got resolved very quickly once I was informed and Sarah was great! Thank you!
