I think it is a little unfair to put this low assessment of your performance due to the present coved 19 situation but the reason was that I was advised that my delivery was due 6TH May as notified but I am now going to receive it this afternoon 12th May.

I ordered a large amount of products online which was great as everything I needed was all one one site, needed this for VE Day for a family party. The day before my delivery was scheduled to come I received and email from love tiki saying that they don’t have two of the items I want in stock and that they can substitute me if I wanted, which is fine, these things happen it wasn’t the end of the world. And I’m guessing this then delayed my delivery. I had a an email saying my delivery would arrive on the 5th but never showed. Finally the delivery arrived on the 8th which was the day I needed it. At first I thought the box was quite small for my order. After opening I realised over half of the stuff I had ordered wasn’t in the box. I raised this issue with love tiki via email as it was quite frustrating but I’m quite reasonable things do happen it’s not the end of the world. But all I got back from love tiki was that someone must have taken half my items out of the box before it arrived to me, which was definitely not the case as I measured the box and all my items would physically not fit in the box they had sent I then proved this by sharing pictures of the box and it’s contents with love tiki. So in the long run they took full payment and sent me less than half of my order. Granted they have said they will refund me but that was 4 days ago now and I’ve heard nothing back. It was such a shame that this happened as the website looked amazing and I recommended the company to so many people already as I have a lot of friends building home bars. Massive disappointment

Ordered the item, had confirmation of payment received. Had confirmation of delivery arranged. Then a refund followed by an email explaining it was out of stock. Great service if you exclude actually providing the item.
