Ms. Beverly Hunter provided me with the correct document (Identification Verification form) and how to proceed with the application. May 08,2025The local office had sent an envelope that I requested be opened and scanned. Unfortunately, they uploaded the wrong content, which by the way was only the second time in several years of service that a mistake was made. I contacted Mike in Customer Service and he not only got the correct content uploaded, but made sure that I was not double charged for the service. On another note, I was in the city where my local mailbox is located and needed to pick up an actual piece of mail. The location was easy to find and efficient in their operations. Anyone needing remote mail services should look at using PostScan Mail.

May 06,2025I paid for an annual subscription for an address after it was approved and I stared using it they just changed my suite to an other suite without even my permission/ knowledge, how ever after coordinating with them they promoted to take care of all my mails which will be addressed in my previous suite number, if they keep up I will be more then happy and will be back here to rewrite my review with a 5 star.

They are patient and a deliver an excellent service. I don't think I’m ever going to try for another service provider. Safe and Professional. They deserve 5 stars!
