...my experience was poor. I realise there are pressures on suppliers to cater for the NHS and other medical service providers but there are those in the public sphere who also require things like disposable gloves, us for instance. We desperately needed gloves for procedures we carry out for our daughter and, finding eBay and Amazon prices utterly ridiculous, I decided to look at dedicated sellers. Love Tiki had exactly what was required and 4 boxes were duly ordered on next business day delivery on the 8th April. I received notification that my order would be delivered on the 9th by DPD. Checking the tracker, however, showed that the package had not been received by them. I notified Love Tiki and they contacted DPD. Next thing I knew the delivery was cancelled. I had to enquire why this was and was told another 4 boxes of gloves were being despatched. As I was now not going to get my order next business day I had to ask for a refund on postage as it didn't look like any was going to be offered. £3.99 was refunded. Delivery of my order was scheduled for 15th April. However, on checking the tracker I found that there was a problem that should be sorted within 24 hours and that an update would appear within the tracker. I then received an update stating that delivery would take place on 16th April. Thankfully this one arrived, along with the first order which had, apparently, not been received by DPD. Due to the length of time this has taken I had to find and have delivered 4 boxes of gloves from another supplier, they came on the 14th after being ordered on the 12th. Communications are poor, customers should not have to go chasing for information. First and last time I will use them.

Order was never dispatched as waiting on items being available but never informed me, and even emailed to say order had been shipped!!!!! Joke!

My delivery hasn’t arrived. Tried to call them but there’s no answer. Left a message but no response received. Bad!!! I now think, I have probably been decived.
