Excellent customer service We have been working with Low Fare Travel for many years and am so very happy with them. We work with Shiv Duseja and he has always accommodated our many change of plans and some complex travel itineraries efficiently and promptly. He is polite and prompt and vey hard working. I had the pleasure of working with Garima Jain who provided excellent service. From the beginning, I was impressed by her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure my travel needs were met. She was extremely responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. Whether it was answering questions or providing updates, her communication was clear, concise, and professional. Despite the complexity of my travel arrangement (two separate bookings), she was able to handle everything with ease.
