Loyal Transfers team have been organising airport transfers to ski resorts around France since 2012. Our aim has always been to make independent travel to ski resorts cheaper and easier for everyone. Since our start we’ve helped thousands of people get to their destinations.

Apr 17,2023We took a shuttle from Geneva to Val Thorens and back, a group of 13 people, the drivers were on time, extremely patient, and just wonderful. They really worked perfectly with every schedule change we had, supplied us with water and charging stations on the drive. Just all around professional!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an affordable private shuttle to and from their skiing destinations!!!!

Responsive communication via email beforehand. Received an information text the day before to provide a reminder/driver details. Pleasant driver and they were on time. Really competitive price. Mar 21,2023Very serious company and service. They pick you up on time and transfer you from Airport geneva to the ski resorts. I went to Meribel and train strike in France made me change my Journey. I had to fly to geneva and Loyal Transfers saved my holidays at best price. Same for the return 6 days later. Also at last minute as second train also got cancelled.

Mar 21,2023Arrived at Geneva Airport to a delay of one hour through passport control and one hour in baggage collection. Needless to say the driver was committed elsewhere after a two hour delay. A chat with the driver and the dispatcher and the next scheduled customer and Loyal Transfers came up with a solution and saved the day. We picked up the next customer and shared a vehicle to both destinations, even if we arrived a couple of hours late, but no fault of Loyal Transfer, it all came together through the quick thinking of Loyal Transfers. Driver was most helpful during the whole event and kept in touch whilst we waited in Geneva Airport. Came together well and the pickup for home was smooth with the driver battling a heavy snow storm to get us back to Geneva on time. So appreciative of all the effort of Loyal Transfer, especially our driver, made a very tense situation a little less stressful.

Mar 19,2023I got a text the day before with the drivers name and number. He texted me a few hours before arrival confirming he would be there on time. The return trip worked the same way with a different driver . I would recommend this service and company to anyone who needs transportation from Geneva airport We are a family of 5 and went to Val Thorens for a ski holiday. First class experience, thank you.

Mar 14,2023We had a very pleasent experience with Loyal Transfers driving us from Geneva Airport to Val Thorens and return. 1) Drivers were on time, and even send us a text before the return transfer letting us know they were a little ahead of schedule. 2) The headoffice sends you a text approx 24 hours before pickup with the driver's name and his phonenumber. 3) Payment is easy via their payment link. 4) They normally reply on emails within a few hours. Will I use Loyal Transfer again? Yes!

Even in difficult conditions with heavy traffic/ snow and delayed pick ups/ drop the drivers kept us informed of where they were at all times which was really helpful. We will definatley use Loyal Transfers the next time we travel to the alps.

Apr 18,2023We took a private transfer from Geneva to Avoriaz. Despite our flight being delayed, our driver was there on time and very professional. The van was clean and comfortable and the driver very friendly. The return trip was just as good with the driver arriving on time and a swift return to the airport. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
