Feb 14,2022Delivery of the face masks I ordered from Luosh was faster than I expected! The quality is great! I purchased the surgical mask style in cream to try out. So far I like them - while the chemical smell of disposable masks is still present, it's not nearly as strong as it is with other masks (I think I may be a little scent-sensitive). I would definitely recommend ordering face masks from Luosh.

Feb 08,2022The length of the bottom of the mask is perfect. It keeps the mask from slipping down my nose when I talk with someone. It is comfortable to wear.

Feb 05,2022I was looking for a black mask that wouldn’t ride up into my eyes and was relatively comfortable. This is the 3rd brand of black masks I ordered and I like these masks best. I bought a package 5 for $5 at Whole Foods. From that package, I found their website and the price was much better. I’m pleased with my purchase. They arrived before they were promised.

Jan 26,2022Had an issue with a couple of masks. There was a problem with the flap over the nose piece so I contacted them and they sent me a detailed email telling what happened. It was something that they could not have been foreseen. They sent me a box of replacement masks. Excellent masks and excellent customer service. I have purchased of three or four boxes so far and I've only had the issue with a handful of the masks from that last box I purchased. I am very satisfied. They are definitely worth it! So now I know firsthand not only are they great masks, but you can count on them standing by their product too.

Jan 26,2022Fabric holding the nose pin comes off very easily causing the metal to protrude from the mask, a little too close to the eye for comfort. While they advertise at hypoallergenic, my nose started reacting, to I assume, these masks. I look like Rudolph.

Jan 26,2022I am impressed with both the product and customer service received from Luosh USA. We tried many different masks before discovering Luosh. Now these are the only masks my middle school boys will use. They wear them all day at school and say the masks don't irritate their ears or faces and they can breathe easily. And the packaging is convenient. A box of 50 masks is packed in 10 separately wrapped packages. The boys always keep a package in their backpacks . The added benefit of being made in the USA and very timely delivery make this an excellent choice.

Jan 25,2022You can breathe easily, and passed the candle test. Seems to conform to face with no air gaps. Light weight, but passed the cannot blow out candle test.

They are not the same as the first box of white masks that I had purchased over a year ago, not as soft and do not "spread" as far to properly cover my face. Need to return, still waiting for response several weeks later.

This was very important to me being that I have read so many reviews about deceitful description of these types of masks from other vendors. I bought it for my son they fit very well. No chemical smells. I cut one open just to see if it was indeed 3 layers and yes they are.
