Dec 30,2022I am very impressed with this company. I just reordered masks from them. The first time I ever ordered I did not like my masks as the ear straps were too tight. A representative of the company actually called me and sent me a free replacement box with much better ear straps. I re-ordered two more boxes since and both are great. The inside of the masks are soft and do not have little fuzz that bothers your face. I was having a cough reaction to kf94 masks and these KN95s are not causing me any issues. Highly Recommend.

Nov 29,2022The package it was delivered with was an Amazon Box, which was mutilated and op side. The boxes of mask inside were also mutilated. The packages of mask were out of the box and loose. I want this order replaced. I want to know why they were delivered in Amazon Box? I did not order these items from Amazon? I cannot trust your company to provide secure and safe delivery of the products you sell.

Nov 07,2022Received my order couple days ago and now putting one on my face first time it feels super comfortable, material is soft and doesn’t feel scratchy on my skin at all. Most of all there’s no weird or unpleasant smell/scent coming off of it! Absolutely loving it. Will definitely order more when running low.

Oct 11,2022This is my second order of the adult, black face masks. When the ones made in China of the Walgreens brand started smelling funny, I looked up and discovered that many masks are being made with formaldehyde. Who thought that was a good idea to put formaldehyde in something that is worn on your face and, thus, you ARE breathing it in?! Anyway, found Luosh during a search of nontoxic masks made in America of American materials. I emailed them about the existence of several chemicals in their masks and was told there were none of these and I could see the reports. No smell. I am happy so far.
