Nov 15,2024Nicht zum ersten Mal haben wir auf Teneriffa ein Apartment zu kaufen gesucht. Tatkräftig unterstützt wurden wir diesmal durch Daniel von der Immobilienagentur Lupain SA, Los Cristianos. Unerschütterlich hat uns der Verkäufer ein Apartment nach dem anderen gezeigt, bis wir genau das fanden, nach dem wir suchten. Dieser Prozess konnte somit erfolgreich und in relativ kurzer Zeit als erledigt abgehackt werden. Unser Fehler war, den von der Agentur Lupain SA vorgeschlagenen Notar für die Kauf-Abwicklung zu akzeptieren (der Käufer darf den Notariat selber bestimmen). Diesmal erwischten wir leider eines, das schlimmer organisiert eigentlich nicht sein kann und es erstaunt mich immer wieder, wie eine seriöse Immobilienagentur mit so einem Notariat zusammenarbeiten kann. Die Nachbearbeitung der Kaufabwicklung (Umschreibung, Steuern usw.) dauerte dann aber äusserst lange, mehr als 3 Monate später, als wir abreisten, war der Prozess immer noch nicht abgeschlossen. Diesen Prozess habe ich nicht nur auf Teneriffa, auch in anderen Ländern wie z.B. in Portugal, viel effizienter erlebt… Fazit: Bei der Suche nach einem Apartment kann ich Lupain SA sehr empfehlen. Das Notariat in Los Cristianos für die Beurkundung würde ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Použili jsme služby Lupain property několikrát, k nákupu i prodeji apártmánů a vždy jsme byli velice spokojeni s profesioáním, vstřícným přístupem všech - Viktora, Bernarda a dalších. Vždy se snažili, aby naše požadavky byly splněny, včetně vyřízení všech důležitých dalších náležitostí, spojených s prodejem nebo koupí apartmánu. Jul 17,2024We sold our Villa through Lupain. A buyer was found very quickly. Daniel Surtees dealt with the sale of our property, his knowledge and experience in the market shone through. He was always available to answer questions and moved the sale along efficiently. We gave Daniel a brief that included a date by which we wanted the sale completed, Daniel took this onboard and made sure we completed on time. I would highly recommend Daniel at Lupains to anybody buying or selling.

Une écoute parfaite, une réactivité exceptionnelle. Il a même organisé une visite le dimanche!! Si vous passez chez Lupain, demandez Daniel, vous serez très bien accompagné. I own 2 properties myself in Tenerife and am very familiar with standards of service both good and bad on the island. Everyone at Lupain are a credit to Tenerife! From booking with Ann to dealing with Josh and Dani at the villa it was a great service experience. The villa was immaculate and little touches like the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend Lupain to anyone looking for a stress free booking experience and a great holiday!! Regards Sean

Aug 21,2023Selling a house is sometimes more than just signing a contract. Especially if you are a resident in Spain and you are wondering how to deal with the tax that ultimately has to be paid. We were greatly helped by Joshua and Bernardo because, as a foreigner who does not speak much Spanish, it was very difficult to obtain the required certificate "fiscal resident". Incidentally, we have experienced the service from everyone in the office as very warm and involved ... no question was too much. Thank you ! Frans and Elisabeth

Ann is wonderful and ensures that everything is taken care of. Would highly recommend. The apartment that we stay in La Caleta is beautiful and the resort itself its stunning. Jul 02,2022We stayed at a holiday let apartment managed by Ann and her team. The apartment was in Victoria Court 1, it was nicely fitted out with all the essentials needed for a good holiday as a couple. We booked this trip prior to covid but unfortunately were unable to travel on two prior occasions. Ann was outstanding in honouring the booking. A couple of our friends had booked privately with owners in Cristian Sur who failed to honour their reservations, the moral of the story is book direct through Lupain property. This is the second time that we've used Lupain and we couldn't recommend their professionalism and going that extra mile enough. We will certainly be using them in the near future and just would like to say thank you to Ann and the team. Colin and Linda

May 16,2022Lupain helped me to find a lovely apartment and especially Milena was most helpful. She guided me through the different possibilities for apartments and helped throughout the process. She was always available via phone, even on weekends and late evenings. Also, the contract signing etc. was efficient by the office.
