I thought it would be difficult to arrange a sale whilst I was 5000 miles away in USA and having an 8 hour time difference but Victor was on the ball ! His communications were informative and timely. No matter what time of day it was he always got back to me with an answer. He knows his stuff !!! A Great agent to help with buying or selling on Tenerife.

May 29,2020We have had absolutely first class service from Lupain Estate agents. Imagine our predicament - Victor had sold our Apartment in Fanabe the week before the Corona virus lockdown. My wife and I were stranded in the UK. Without the hard work and support of Victor we could very easily have lost the sale - he certainly "walked" more than the extra mile. Victor's communication was always excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him.. All the staff at Lupain Properties are friendly,professional and trustworthy. We unreservedly recommend them - they thoroughly deserve 5 stars.

Jun 12,2019Even een berichtje over Lupain makelaars en over Milena in het bijzonder.Onze eerste kennismaking gaf ons gelijk een goed gevoel.Nadat wij besloten hadden om met hen verder te gaan heeft Milena zich overconsumptie ontfermd, war zeer prettig was. Geen moeite was haar te veel, talloze locaties heeft ze ons laten zien.Ze was er altijd voor ons en heeft goed naar onze wensen geluisterd.Wij zijn er dan ook in geslaagd om een heerlijk appartement te kunnen kopen. Ook de afhandeling was erg fijn, alles werd voor ons geregeld, onze dank nog daarvoor. Ook voor andere vragen kunnen wij altijd bij Lupain en Milena terecht. May 02,2019Stayed at the apartment in La Caleta and had a great time. Property very clean and comfortable and easy walking to a great selection of restaurants in the evening. Upper deck open views of the surrounding area and in the sun all day. Great team to work with and very helpful with minor difficulties taken care of immediately. Will have to return

Feb 19,2019We arrived in Tenerife a few hours before check-in. We had warned this would happen, yet it came as a bit of a surprise to them. Nevertheless, we got into the apartment early without difficulty. The apartment was excellent apart from the poor wifi which they tried to help with (improved slightly by replacing a cable), but it was really a Telefonica problem beyond their control. Lupain needed access to the apartment to do an electrical safety check, and they kindly let us know a few days in advance, which was good. All in all, Lupain are on the ball, prompt at answering the phone, friendly and helpful.

Ann at Lupain is always on hand to answer any questions. Replies to emails promptly and is really helpful and friendly. No complaints. Will definitely use them again and again....see you again soon. The service from Lupain was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to extend our stay as we were having such a good time! I'd definitely recommend booking through Lupain.
