Feb 18,2018We contacted Magna Financial along with other financial companies with the need to transfer large sums of money from Britain to Europe, that is Sterling to Euro’s. Osman Hanif - at Magna was the most professional and very helpful. Osman went out of his way (even on his day off) to ensure we received the best service possible, with phone calls back and forth we manage to secure a fantastic exchange rate saving around £1000 euro’s, that is a lot of saving. Feb 05,2018I don't normally write reviews but felt I had too make an exception this time . I had no previous experience with foreign currency dealings and really felt vulnerable to being misled and losing some, or all of my money which may sound silly to some but was a real concern to me not never had to transfers large amount of money from Spain back to Uk from the sale of my property . Overall the experience has been absolutely faultless and would use them again, However I wish to really shine a light on one particular member of staff: Osman Hanafi I really feel like he was an angel sent to help me, I didn't know what I was doing however he has been nothing but patient, polite, friendly and helpful. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have dealt with him. he worked so hard to help me get everything organized and he DID! Again I think he is wonderful, and ASSET to your team. He is an example of how employees should deal with clients. (Even the ones that cry like me!) His assistance really was so fantastic. He really made it all so much easier for me. I would use this service again and would recommend your company.

Sep 14,2017I was recommended to use Magna Financial. As I hadn't used your company before i.e. in the deposit transfer, I was cautious about the transaction. My initial contact with your representative, Saeed Abbassi, allayed these concerns. He was knowledgeable about the process and reassuring about the security of my money during the completion of the deal. He was also able to secure a better rate than other companies which was a great asset in making the purchase. I can certainly recommend his professional attitude and his personal qualities. I hope to be able to contact him in the future when I have other FX needs.
