Nov 20,2024From the point I reached out to Magna and got in touch with Saeed from a recommendation I can only say from the first call and last call talking to Saeed he was world class , his service was excellent very helpfully he settled any doubts /nerves me and my wife had with a the euros being purchased , he worked around the clock to always put our mind at ease , His Personell skills and customer service is bar far the best I have ever experienced , very quick to deal with actions , requests , Saeed advice daily was great when to buy or not buy and the advice was perfect and worked in our favour and really helped u out as a family. His knowledge and advice of all the factors that could be effecting when to buy was again spot on I would for sure be recommending people his way with the work he done with me was world class service could not have wanted more assurance on something I have never done and always felt he was at hand to help me.

As a long-term single mum I've had my fair share of money worries, and was nervous about making a large (for me) currency transfer, but Saeed was very kind and reassuring from the outset. He took the time and trouble to talk me through the whole process, and also explained how secure my money would be in a segregated client account with Magna. He really couldn't have been more patient, informative and professional! Nothing is ever too much trouble for Saeed, despite his demanding and often hectic working environment. I asked him once how he could remain so patient with a relatively small player like me, and he replied, "Every client is a million-dollar client!". This absolutely sums up Saeed's approach and I am so grateful to have found him!

Unfortunately the service for us didn’t work out, the exchange rate was worse than the one offered by my online bank, and the funds took way too long to arrive at the recipient’s account.

I never had to chase him he was always at the end of the phone providing me with updates, which when dealing with your investment is so important. I can’t fault this service at all and would highly recommend. Really great company.

Sep 24,2024This was my first time managing a big financial transfer from outside the UK. It was all very new to me and very daunting. Osman was great and supported me every step of the way, answering any questions I had however big or small without making them seem like daft questions. He was also very understanding of the fact that I was very nervous about the process. Very responsive and Osman educated me a lot (in a non patronising way) about how the stock market and large financial transfers work which was not only really helpful but also very interesting. He had also come recommended to me by someone who has used him for many years which was very reassuring

Transferring any amount of money is stressful, large or small as there is always an element of doubt, but Manga financial and Osman in particular took the stress and worry out of the entire process. Great personal key account service, Osman rang regularly to talk me through the process and was on hand every step to guide and answer questions. I couldn't recommend Magna enough - for small or large value transactions and will be first point of contact for future transfers !

Sep 05,2024Magna were great. They processed our conversion from a property sale abroad very promptly and at a decent rate. Money was in and out within a few hours. It's always stressful using a new unknown broker, but after reading the reviews here we felt fairly comfortable proceeding with them. There is absolutely no reason in the world to use a high street bank for something like this anymore.
