Oct 07,2024I made a mistake in ordering to the wrong address. My fault and I own it however I noticed the mistake immediately after ordering and sent an email explaining the situation. The next morning I get a dispatch confirmation email to the wrong address. I again email explaining the situation and recieve a response that it's too late to amend the order as it's been dispatched but to go to the courier website to get it redirected to a store for pickup. This isn't an option with the courier. Check the tracking and there's a picture of it left in a 'safe place' might as well have sent a picture of the bloke lathered up in the shower. Hope it smells good I'm pretty sure it does.
