Oct 01,2024While first order was amazing, this one was a disaster. This order was smaller so I went with Royal Mail. RM was awaiting the parcel for 2 days until I contacted MC. Finally order was dispatched and arrived in 4 days but damaged. The parcel had a big hole in it, and one shampoo was leaking so everything else was covered in it. Order was also packed way worse than my first one. (First was in a nice MC box plus outside box, this was just bottles thrown on top of a paper and packed in a box that arrived with a hole in it - items could've easily slipped through it). While the customer service was really nice, the time between responses (to the same person) was way too long. The whole thing took at least 3 days of messaging. Finally, I asked for a new shampoo, since the one I've ordered was leaking and it did arrive today so thanks for that! However, considering the whole experience overall, with delays, leak, giant hole in the parcel, I was honestly hoping they will at least offer me a free delivery next time or something like that so I'm a bit disappointed in that regard. Considering this experience, I am now worried about future deliveries, since I have a subscription. With delays like this, I will run out of products before I get new ones.

Just started using hyaluronic intense moisturiser in conjunction with Kiehls facial fuel and so far it feels great on the skin. Also black spice beard is very good, highly recommend these two products from Mancave…. Both value for money.
