I am giving them 4 stars because there is always room for improvement in the service, product choice and pricing.

Mar 02,2021Purchase on Plan ID# 24513 The drawings are clear and professionally made. The go-to person, Robert, was responsive to my calls for clarification. They were honest to refund my $59.00 for registering to access their website when I was not able to claim it myself. My only concern is that I had to register two times paying $118.00 to have enough time to browse through their plans and make a choice. I got a refund of only $59.00 towards the purchase of my plan. In all it was a good experience for me. I will recommend them to anyone.

Feb 03,2021Thank you very much for the splendid job on the plan I chose. It is highly appreciated. However, I find it somewhat slightly out of sync that, when one requests cost estimates, s/he will be asked to pay more than what the plan costs, while, on the other hand, if one registers for membership, s/he is only asked to pay 59 USD (with the promise to get cost estimates included in the package).

Dec 18,2020Maramani is a good site, but do could better. Their contact that I dealt with via WhatsApp and email was wonderful: patient, understanding and very helpful. However, the design selection is still very limited compared to similar sites from say, North America. In some segments like apartments and B&Bs, there's literally just a handful of choices. Maramani needs to offer more choice in those segments.
