Again I'll leave positive feed back & be a reference. I did see your missed call today. I'll call you back tomorrow. Hi, I am from the USA. I paid to become a member of this site. I began exchanging emails to get a custom home built. I tried to set up a skype, zoom, whatsapp, or viber call after multiple emails exchanged. Everytime i tried calling i would never get an answer. I really wanted to feel secure that the site was not a scam. I finally gave up and they got to keep my membership money and I truly feel that's what they wanted. I'd be willing to change my feedback and do business with maramani if they would confirm that the work of a home plan will be completed in a prompt manner. The site is nice but i just couldn't contact anyone to do business. So the communication and security is was my primary concern. I wish they had references of Americans that used them. I couldn't find a real person that used them to get a home built from ground up. I hope they reach out to me. My email address is lamboguy3 at yahoo dot com if they are not going to work with me I'd like a full refund because that money was to be deducted off the price of the home build.

Aug 03,2020The plan I received was inconclusive in terms of columns on the drawings. The Architectural plan only had pdf drawings. Dwg drawing was missing.

Jul 27,2020The designs were perfect. But i had pressed two orders. Unfortunately i received one order only. I reminded the office. After two days i received designs but they were not the order i pressed. I had to contact the office again. Fortunately the response was positive. I finally received the right order.

Jul 22,2020I give Maramani a 4-Star Assessment for a great experience. I bought a 4-bedroom house plan and the transaction was quick and easy. Their timely response to my requests was apt. I am happy for getting this beautiful plan at an affordable rate. Wish though the plan I bought came with the BoQ but its not. But that's okay coz I'm getting it worked out for me. I will encourage everybody to procure the Maramani house plans coz they are beautiful and simple, affordable and properly organized. Thank you, Maramani team.

Aug 31,2020Prior purchasing my preferred plan I had sent specifications to be done on the plan but no response until I purchased the plan and informed me I should have requested for a custom plan which wasn't realued though its states on their website. Their reply to queries n messages are very slow but always sending spam mails as soon as interest is shown in a product to purchase.
