May 19,2023First of all, Maramani has some great house designs. Secondly, even before paying a cent, I communicated with their team by WhatsApp and got lots of helpful answers to questions. This is GREAT service. All questions were answered very clearly. Finally, I paid for basic access to see all floor plans (not expensive and very useful), before paying for a full set of plans for one of the designs. We are now working with the builders, but I am sure that Maramani.com will continue to help with responding to questions if any arise. The designs, including full structural drawings, were delivered in minutes. Lastly, I got the impression that customizations would be very expensive. To the contrary, Maramani were prepared to make significant changes, after our request, for a relatively modest extra payment. Overall, a wonderful service!!! Bravo Maramani.com

May 07,2023The structural engineer did a very bad Job. How can a fondation of a story building has two columns. I have given the disgn to an architec and structural engineer to review everything. This will cost another money. I am very dispointed.

I gave them specifications and received my designs in just 2 weeks, exactly as I described. I paid with my local bank from Ghana without any stress.

Apr 11,2023Payment by credit card was difficult. It took several attempts even though my bank authorised the payment. Payment by PayPal was not possible either. Fortunately the Easter discount made up for the inconvenience.

Apr 10,2023Per the website, you paid $59 to - View floor plans and areas. - Priority email and phone support. - Construction cost estimates. - Building tips and advice. - Get access for 1 year. - $59.00 Discount Code for purchasing any plan. HOWEVER, you do not get access to the length / width of the walls or any dimensions of the house. The floorplans are not for US residents as the estimated cost are construction cost in Africa - very disappointing. My mistake - should have reached out prior to purchasing. By the way, if you are in the US don's expect a quick reply - it will be at least 12 hours before you receive a response.
