Mar 28,2023Great website and the plans as ordered were almost perfect. There are a couple of small glitches ( A4 vs US paper sizes which are not your fault), minor spelling errors, BoQ pre-filled. Plans are A3 which is perfect. It meant more time to correct things. But it works for me. Maramani were very pro-active and quick to address my issues and I can highly recommend them. Thank you

Mar 05,2023They answered all the questions I had before making a payment promptly through WhatsApp, responding to messages was also quick despite being in different time zones. And the plan diagrams were emailed immediately after making the payment. The only bad thing I experienced after payment was a discount code that didn't work though I was compensated for that.

Feb 26,2023What made my experience great? It's multifaceted for me. 1. The variety of plans available. 2. Affordable annual subscription. 3. Great discounts. 4. Easy to navigate website. 5. Great custom care. 6. Quick turnaround time on customization. 7. Post purchase support. What is the company doing well? From a customer experience perspective, it appears as though they have employed skilled persons who are innovative and put customer first. Well, that's how I feel. Areas of improvement... well, I think most of the plans are pretty much the same. They may change here and there in terms of arrangement, but the underlying fashion is the same. It would be nice to have a departure to something wild and crazy.

Although it took a while to complete the sets, I was kept informed at all times, they managed my expectations very well. Many thanks to Ava and her team for a job well done! I would do another plan with them again and I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for professional and outstanding plans
