Dec 09,2024Well unfortunately a few of the ropes I had order were cut slightly short! After a phone call to explain the situation it was immediately resolved. The ropes were replaced free of charge and postage. I would certainly recommend Marine Superstore and I will deal with them agin for sure!

Dec 10,2024I recently purchased some boots from MSS, I guessed my size, but not having worn this brand they turned out to be too small. I had bought the boots online, but thought i would go in and try them on. The assistant new the brand and suggested trying the wide fit in the same size and yes, he was correct. They did not need to see my email/order number number as recognised the stickers on the delivery box and it was a painless operation - and the boots fit really well. The price was reduced to the best value I could find, the original delivery was very quick with the usual updates and time slots from the delivery firm, and then the return process was really simple. I will be using MSS again as a result. I usually hate the process of shopping, but this was easy.
