Nov 21,2024Dear Sirs, FedEx doesn't know what's in its kichen. We paid the customs and services on 18/11, and the carrier did not deliver our parcel on 19/11 11-30, because he did not know about payment. On 20/11 we went to FedEx warehouse ourselves to pick up the package. Very bad experience.

Nov 21,2024Marine Superstore were great. I love the jacket and the price and their communications. Their carrier, FEDEX, not so great. I kept getting messages telling me that the jacket would be delivered tomorrow, then tomorrow morning, then tomorrow afternoon, then that it was out for delivery, then that it couldn't be delivered, then that it would be delivered the next day, then in the morning and so on till it was finally delivered one evening, Still within the delivery window advertised, FEDEX were annoying.
