Oct 25,2024Edited following response from store. Original message still below but I was very pleased with their quick response to the problem. I ordered 2 tins of antifoul paint. When they arrived one was properly wrapped. The other had its lid pushed into the tin: it was sitting inside the tin, within the paint which was freely able to pour out. It was a miracle the box had not been turned over and there was only a small amount of paint within the bubble wrap. There was lots of bubble wrap and shredded paper packing, and with no sign of compression or any other damage to the outer box I can only conclude that the paint was packaged up like that. Fortunately, I was able to use the paint straight away so very little has been wasted.
