Feb 24,2021I was briefly a client of this company. I found the sales staff very aggressive and looking to place a marketer for me rather than to really understand my needs. When I got a marketer, he was unable to do the task and we mutually parted ways. Many months later, through some "HACK" as they explained it, my Facebook Ads account that had been given to them for access, spent $1,000. They admitted the error but kept asking me to ask Facebook (via support tickets) for a refund. Clearly the ads weren't mine and Marketerhire was kind enough to alert me of this, and did promise a resolution, however their desire to do this lasted about 4-5 days. I've been largely ignored since then and they were advised that this matter would go public since they essentially had no intention to honor their words. That should tell you all you need to know about the integrity of the people who work there. In closing this Marketerhire review, I'll say that I was very patient and gave every benefit of the doubt to them and allowed them time to make right on their error. Matthew Mozzocchi, who initially reached out about the error, passed the buck around the company before finally ghosting me. I've left voice mails, etc. No reply. AVOID. Update: I'm all for full transparency. After Marketerhire found out about this review, I began hearing from people. I was asked (again) to document the spend on my FB account, something I'd sent 3-4 times prior, so that was a little ridiculous. In the end they did send my money back via wire transfer. If they would have handled this from the beginning and not have ignored me for weeks this review wouldn't have happened. It's sad that I had to go public with this as it was avoidable. Moral of the story, they didn't give a damn about me until this review was published, and that's not a business model I can respect and endorse. Hopefully they learn from it. Additional Update & Edit: the reply from MarketerHire is complete BS. I never once ignored their emails, which yes, did go to junk mail, which I check daily. The situation was quite the opposite, I was trying to get my money back, so there is no way I’d ignore them. On the contrary, they ghosted me until this review was posted and are grasping at straws. If they would have taken ownership of their problem this review wouldn’t exist.
