As an early-stage D2C startup, we don't have the resources to bring on top F/T talent just yet. MH is helping bridge that gap for us until we can afford to make some F/T hires. Growth Marketer we brought on was previously the first hire at a brand we love, and is now helping create and execute a holistic marketing strategy. Paid social manager we brought on is outperforming our old ad agency at 1/3 the cost. We plan on bringing on a few more freelancers over the next few months through MH. Highly recommend giving them a shot. Talent pool is way better than Upwork etc.
