From the first interaction of me reaching out with a holiday enquiry, to the last interaction of me booking our holiday, both Samir and Lee were outstanding. Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly informative, tentative, and patient with me (they must have the patience of saints with me changing my mind quite a few times). Going above and beyond at all situations, they guided me throughout the process; at each stage advising me, and metaphorically holding my hand to make sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. Easy to get in touch with, they were only ever a phone call away, and always provided me with extensive information, going above and beyond at all times. I would absolutely recommend, and use this company again. A huge thank you to both Samir and Lee - especially Lee.

He was super informative, and very patient as we decided which hotels would suit us best with our 10 month old daughter. We have THE BEST trip. It was all so slick, so easy and we have made memories that we will really treasure. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. They were extremely PRICE COMPETITIVE and very organised.
