Jul 05,2024If we could give 6 stars we would. From the moment we contacted Mauritius Direct, Chi Lee was simply brilliant. His knowledge of Mauritius, Paradise Cove Hotel in which we were booking for our honeymoon, exceptional. We had no prior knowledge of Mauritius or Mauritius Direct and found their company via Google. Thank goodness we did. Our first visit to this most beautiful island. Chi Lee was always available to answer emails, talk us through processes involved and we were so grateful for his professionalism. We returned from our 10 day holiday, 1st July. From stepping into Gatwick, to our return to Gatwick, everything was taken care of in every way. I cannot praise everyone involved in making our holiday of a lifetime so magical. Mauritius has captured our hearts forever, we leave a piece of ours there and one day, we will return. We certainly wouldn’t use any other company than Mauritius Direct. Thank you Chi Lee, you made a daunting process so simple and we cannot thank you enough x

They have got to know and understand our requirements and always respond quickly to any requests. It is easy to 'phone and speak directly to your contact person, thankfully free from recorded messages and selection of numbers before you get anywhere, which is unusual these days. Lee has been incredible with exceptional customer service. When we had an issue with a cancelled flight both Lee and Jamal went into work early to try and get some answers regarding our flight. When we did arrive at the resort, Lee had already communicated with them and coordinated an extra day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. I will certainly be using them again! The team are a credit to this travel agents.
