Aug 31,2017Very good however it would be good if Maxon offer a monthly subscription for software similar to Adobe, as large one off payouts can be harder for small freelance studios. I would be happy to pay a reasonable monthly price indefinitely.

Aug 18,2017Usually when I pay for a digital download I expect the link straight away, not three days later. Also didn't receive the payment receipt until some hours after the transaction, which had me quite worried as it was quite a bit of money.

Aug 16,2017Streamlined and simple and fast. You can download a copy of Cinema 4D instantly. The customer service is great over the phone and the company itself is renowned for personal troubleshooting.

Aug 11,2017There is no need for manually activated downloads these days, especially with such expensive software. Frustrating to have to wait if ordering while Maxon is closed. Different emails with separate temporary and final serial numbers delivered over a period are also an inconvenience for legit customers. Overall, the ordering & delivery of Cinema4d leave much to be desired, and should be much more customer focussed. Support is good, quick reply to queries.

Sep 12,2017The price of their main products is way over the top of what we’d expect. If they reduced the price they’d likely find less people using cracked copies of it and more people spending money with them. But they are stubborn and fail to see this simple business sense. If they carry on the way they are they won't last much longer as it will become unsustainable. It's sad really.
