Feb 04,2025The experience was generally good. The items ordered arrived with a two week delay. But I was informed by the company that there would be a delay of ten days, due to shortages in Britain. The items were requested from the warehouse in Italy. So the delay was longer than predicted. Also, I did not receive an email to inform me that the items were on their way. I was informed that I would receive an email. The products are of high quality and they were very well packaged. I am not sure of the exact date of the experience. But it was in January 2025. I am adding to my review on 4th February 2025 that I have now received an excellent reply from the company regarding my customer experience review.
