My daily used Palermo bucket bag, 10+ years old, developed a hole in the base stitching through wear and tear. Maxwell Scott assessed the tear and offered to repair it for a fair price. It was returned to Italy, and not only had the base repaired but a new lining put in FOC. It did take a few months due to Christmas and Covid but it is now ready for another 10 years use. It was worth the wait.

My rather careless husband managed to lose part of a buckle on his beautiful Jesolo bag whilst on holiday. We returned home today and I wrote asking if Maxwell Scott could make a replacement part. Just nice things and good service. Things you can't seem to find elsewhere like traditional legal bags, key holders etc. Arrive well packaged and when they say they will. Details like embossing done well. So rather good really in summary.
