We rented a car for a couple days to visit the coast and various Mayan sites. The car was great, price was reasonable, and the delivery/pick up service made it super convenient. It was also very easy to set up the rental via email.

Great service, great communication, good car. Our Subaru was delivered to us at our Merida hotel (when we checked out) so that we could explore cenotes & then head to Sisal. We were able to return the car directly to the airport.

This co. provides reliable and friendly service at all stages of a rental including reception upon arrival at the airport, transportation to home, quick service upon vehicle problem (rare) and convenient transportation back to airport at end of rental period. Cars are always clean and reliable.

Excelente experiencia desde el momento de la cotización hasta la entrega del vehículo. La cotización fue clara, sin sorpresas de último minuto y con el seguro incluido. La atención y servicio al cliente es de lo mejor. Altamente recomendable.

Very service oriented. Helpful. Prices can be on the high side. We use him every year for 7 or 8 years. Will provide a minivan for a week included in rental.

We rented two cars for a week in March to get around Merida and out to Sisal. They were brought to our Airbnb in Merida and returned to our hotels (in Merida) at no extra charge. Very easy from start to finish and since the cars had both got some mileage (and dents/scratches) on them we didnt have to go through the normal procedure using a magnifying glass that happens at most airport car rentals. Cars drove and ran perfectly and the staff were helpful and polite at all times . Full insurance cover so no hassle over upsell at all . Recommended to all ! Mario speaks English too so that helps a lot.

Pick up and drop off of the car was so helpful. The cars are reliable and the price is fair. Any problems or questions were answered quickly. Mario and Alf are always available, and responsive.
