Nov 23,2024Customer service was fine, office was clean. Issue which may or may not be MDsave's problem. Goes like this: first window I went to quoted me $125 for service ( CT scan)no contrast). After that zi was directed to second window a told that the bill was $325. Since I need to know whether or not I had signs of lung cancer paid it. What would you do if it were you?

Nov 22,2024Not sure how legit this company is. Try searching for "Whole body MRI" and any ZIP code you want - they return only ONE provider for the entirety of the USA. (Nobody else offered kickbacks?) I tried to contact them about this using their contact form, but the form failed to submit with a JavaScript error. Then I emailed their info@ address, and that failed as well with "550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist." Happy to update my review if these issues are fixed and a good explanation is provided as to why neither Ezra nor Prenuvo nor First Look MRI show up.

Sure enough, I received a call from the imaging office to schedule an appointment. So, great customer service as well.
