I had ordered the wrong procedure and was able to connect with a customer service rep immediately through a phone call. They fixed everything quickly which was so helpful given I was already doing registration at the hospital. Something showed up on a scan and my Dr wanted to order another test. I called MD save and again immediately spoke with someone who added the test so I could have it done during my visit. Fast and effective!
