Feb 23,2024Medex Supply is a scam operation. I should have read the reviews on Trust Pilot before making a purchase. Over 50% of reviewers give them 1 star which makes sense to me now. They shipped a defective product to me and have been giving me the run around for over a month. They keep sending my complaints to the manufacturer and are not giving me an RMA number to return the unit. The manufacturer is making statements that do not even reflect the situation. Do not buy from Medex Supply!

Tracking was provided, updated every step of the way, and the package was delivered to my door in perfect condition I will definitely use Medex Supply again and will recommend to others.

I ordered thru Medex and I have gotten plenty of communication and real time processing on the app! I will definitely be using this company for my future purchases! 5 stars!!!!
