Nov 11,2024I had a very unpleasant experience with Medical Nord-Vest. I can honestly say they are complete scammers. I paid an advance for a service, and from there everything went downhill. They changed my appointment three times, each time giving different and hardly believable excuses – basically just lies to justify these delays. My expectations were completely shattered, and professionalism is non-existent. It seems they only have a fake website that promises quality services, but the reality is far from it. Do not use this fake company. If it were possible, I would give them 0 stars without hesitation. I strongly urge everyone to be extremely careful and think twice before dealing with this "company."

Nov 17,2023Very Helpful with good communication by the office staff. I booked and paid online and was able to select a weekend appointment, as I'm working during the weekdays. I was seen by the doctor at the time of the appointment without delay. Taxi medical report stamped and ready to take away immediately after appointment. Highly recommend.
