The reps I've dealt with were willing to answer all of my questions, suggested solutions to make payment and shipping more expedient, and cost-effective. They communicated well even when there were delivery issues due to shutdowns for mail service due to the pandemic on a previous order, and were very quick to correct an issue where there was a shipping error that was very clearly the fault of the mail service, not their company. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to doing more business with them.

When I placed the first order from Japan, she kindly took time to call me so that I would be able to do my international payment smoothly. Since then I have made a purchase a couple of times. Although the amount of my each order and payment is small, their shipping process is always effective and quick. Everytime I receive my small international parcel, I feel that I am lucky to have met such a professional representative and Mediseller.
