They then arranged delivery in 30mins of ordering. Taking cash on delivery. Lovely girl delivered explained everything and advised if further help needed to call them. Big thank you

I needed to purchase a product that I simply could not find in my country, so I started googling the product name and came up with Medi-Shop. The process was extremely easy and the customer service was personal and very helpful. I admit that I was a bit nervous making a large payment to a company that I didn't know, located in a country I've only visited as a tourist, but my fears were unfounded. The price was fair, the delivery was quick and precisely the timing I was told, plus I was able to track the delivery via DHL from Greece to my address every step of the way. The product was exactly what I ordered and I'm extremely satisfied with its performance. If you're looking for a medical product in their inventory I can highly recommend the folks at Medi-Shop.gr.

May 14,2021They lie to sell their products. I ordered an Oxygen concentrator and said it was urgent. They said it will be delivered in 3-6 days but when the order was complete, they completely changed and said it will be delivered in at least 15 days now. I will give zero stars to it if possible. They are asking me to remove bad reviews otherwise won't refund money. Fraud company.

Then I had few queries about the products I bought and Medi-Shop replied to my queries within 24 hours and provided very clear and helpful explanations. They provide excellent products and Services.
