Apr 05,2022Really easy company to use. Fast delivery of antigen tests. The lady we had for the video call was fantastic, so friendly and lovely and incredibly helpful. Very good with young children also and made lots of conversation to keep the children calm and comfortable. Recommend completely.

Apr 04,2022Amazing! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I emailed beforehand with some inquiries and all the responses were quick and helpful advice. On the day the lady who did my test was very kind and made me feel at easy. I really appreciate all their kindness and feel like they really went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible with the whole process. I also received my results quicker than I expected which was an added bonus. Overall it was a very stress free, easy experience.

Apr 04,2022Everyone was lovley and helpful from day one. I emailed well ahead and enquired about the service as I was in need of additional forms to be filled for the country I was flying to. They were very clear and happy to answer all my questions and give me advice. On the day the lady doing the test was so friendly and kind, this made me feel comfortable and at ease. I paid for same day test results which says results by midnight and I got mine well before at about 3pm.

Apr 06,2022My initial visit to the clinic was good with the receptionist helpful and who asked a member of the travel clinic staff to come out and to speak to me. Still unsure of the mechanics of the testing, I revisited wanting the testing explained in plain simple steps as the stress of getting this wrong just before hopefully going away, I could do withiout. This time a different receptionist didn't appear to be as knowledgeable and kept referring my to the website.
