When we visited the premises to view paving products in the outside display area was initially seen by a member of staff who introduced themselves and then left us to continue our viewing which we appreciated. Once we went into the sales office, the same staff member dealt with our purchase in a very friendly , helpful and non-intrusive way . He gave us sound and unbiased advice which grouting products we subsequently needed and also recommended several companies to complete the laying of the paving . We also had to change the arranged delivery date twice and Melton Stone did this with no hassle at all . The products duly arranged at the rearranged time . The paving slabs are a very good quality and were a very good price . Overall , an excellent and very personal service . Have recommended to others , will continue to do so and would definitely use Melton again .

Nov 22,2023We bought our Marshalls Midnight porcelain tiles and they look amazing. Really happy with the service and out of 3 pallets of tiles we only had 2 chipped tiles which we used for cutting. Delivery was within 5 days on an electric truck and the driver was very accomadating. Really happy 😀

Nov 13,2023Flexible and allowed me to change my order after I realised I'd made a mistake. Really helpful staff. HOWEVER the delivery experience was very poor. Didn't deliver on the scheduled day, no communication it wouldn't arrive and no information about timings either for the scheduled day or the following day when they eventually came at 5.30pm. I had to stay at home for two full days waiting which is poor.

Nov 22,2023Absolutely fantastic experience at Melton Stone. Fortunately, we live locally, so we were able to make a series of visits to ensure we were choosing the correct products. Alex was amazing, giving us samples to take away and even two full tiles of our preferred tile, so we could really envisage the end result. Melton Stone worked closely with our landscaper to arrange multiple collections/deliveries of the porcelain stone tiles etc. Their prices were just as keen as online competitors (if not better), but given their high levels of customer service I would not even look elsewhere anyway. The end result - fantastic. We now have a garden that we only ever thought about in our dreams! The first thing that visitors comment on is the tiles! I have already recommended you to several people and will not hesitate to keep doing so! Thank you again to the whole team.
