Feb 04,2025I do not recommend melton stone. Spent £1300 plus on porcelain slabs. Out of 117 slabs 6 were broken on the pallet. Spoken to them via email said no to replacing them and no to refunding me. Shocking really as you can imagine after spending all this money for them to not care. I just want others not to end up in my situation. Honestly can’t believe it. I will be sharing this on all platforms also blocked me on Facebook so people don’t see my honest review

I was searching for porcelain as we were not happy with the sample of tile from our landscapers, even the landscaper thought the porcelain must be too good to be true. Upon ordering they were delivered 2 days later and are amazing quality. So happy I came across Melton Stone! Thank you

Jan 16,2025Melton Stone - what a great find! On arrival we were met by friendly, knowledgeable staff who were able to advise and support our choice of porcelain paving and the grout to match. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff spoken with on the day (3) were outstanding and we would highly recommend (as we already have) our friends and family to take a trip out to Melton Stone for all their landscaping needs.
