All the items came quickly and as expected. I also want to shout out Customer Service Specialist Mandy B. I needed an item next day and it inadvertantly had a ground label created. She quickly called the warehouse and confirmed it had not gone out. She updated the shipping and I got it in time. Great job Mandy!!!
Avoid Merchology at all cost. The dates they advertise to ship out your items aren’t even close. I placed an order which was reported to be “in production” and over a month later when I called to inquire about the order, was informed that they had not even started it yet.
Poor service, BAD PRODUCTION, ordered the same hats we got a year earlier for our company and during proofing they asked for more money claiming it was a high thread count, asked them what options we had to lower thread count, without asking for approval they simply shrunk the logo and produced the hats and shipped.
All the one star reviews are all you need to read. Wish I came across this before I ordered. Service was beyond atrocious. Then after deciding to cancel because of non-responsiveness was told I couldn't because products were already ordered from mfg. Seemed like a very canned response because they likely encounter cancelations often.
Great products, but terrible customer service! I've worked with them for three consecutive years for our yearly staff training. The products have been great, but the customer service has been terrible. This year, the assigned "merchologist" will not return phone calls or emails.

I asked for a mock up design prior to ordering. I was told they would have it back in 24-48 hours. I followed up a week later without any response. I started a chat and was told the rep was on vacation that day. I asked for someone else to help. When the rep returned he didn't address the mock up, but asked quantity of hats I wanted. 2 weeks after that and still no response. I had a chat today with a different rep and was told it needed to be escalated to a manager, but all managers were on lunch and would contact me when they returned. I still have yet to receive a mock from my initial contact. Literally a hat with a company logo and my name.
Horrible communication. Completed an order with them on behalf of my Physician Assistant class that went anything but smooth between poor communication, shady price changes, and poor quality items. Our "Patagonia" 1/4 zips were the cheapest fleece material I've seen with the logo slapped on, and they didn't even have pockets.
Ordered 12 hats, which was minimum purchase. Had a hard time finding my boyfriends favorite hats, in his size, so I just wanted the hats, no logo or anything. They said they couldn’t do it. I literally was paying their normal price and all they had to do was box and ship. Ultimately had to cancel the order. Very weird experience.
This company doesn't exist No one ever answers the phone, e-mail, or picks up a voicemail. Don't buy anything online from them
Do not waste your time and money! Waited almost three months for sample shirts to be delivered. Through this time they said they didnt know where it was but shouldnt be too much longer. Website states samples will be dispatch within 5-7 working days and we had dispatch in 2.5 months! Come to place and order only to be told now the top has been discontinued and no more stock is available. This isnt noted on the website or when purchasing as SAMPLES! Customer service was horrible and really couldnt care less about how long or the fact that they are selling samples of stock no longer in production.
I've never dealt with a company so terrible. We had a large order for our company and they messed them all up. When I contacted the sales rep he said they can't take the merchandise back and will still be charging us. Also, was very rude on the phone. I will never use this company again.
What a disaster of a business model, each representative has a 10-second memory and it seems you need to reintroduce yourself with every new email. They have limited to no stock and took 2,5 weeks to simply get a sales person in touch for a repeat order. TOTAL. NIGHTMARE.
This company is awful! I spent $1000 and the product looked ridiculous. It never allowed me to see the product with the logo on it, it only showed the logo during the proof approving stage. It took me over a month to get a new product sent to me and guess what… it was the exact same product! They didn’t make any changes and now no one will respond to me. Over $1500 down the drain when I am already a small business owner trying to start out. This was a big purchase for me and I couldn’t be more disappointed and unsatisfied with my purchase. No one cares though. No one will even email me back. No call from a supervisor like I requested- nothing! Save yourself a headache and go with a different company.
Worst experience I can remember. Customer Service did not resolve my issue or the mistake they made. They could not even tell me what products they had available. I will not do business with this company again.
Worst experience I´ve ever had. It is a scam, they sell and don´t have any items, they notice you "out of stock" 20 days after purchase and they don´t refund shipping amount. Please DO NOT BUY MERCHOLOGY.
This company was an absolute nightmare to work with. We ordered customized yetis for an event, and even from the beginning the communication was awful. Once they got our money they went silent, and wouldnt respond to emails or pick up calls. Finally we got through by pretending to be a new client on the phone until someone picked up. We were told the items we ordered wouldn't make it in time for our deadline, and werent even in production yet. I was sent to someones direct line and left a message saying we would like to cancel our order...nothing. I called and emailed some more, and finally got through to someone using the live chat feature on the website. From here they confirmed our order wasnt in production and could be cancelled. Then Whitney followed up with an email saying we would get a refund in 3-4 days. We went on to order the Yetis from another local company, and have them in hand in just 2 days. Then 3 days later, we got an email from merchology saying they weren't able to cancel our order and the item have shipped! After telling us the order would be cancelled, and then waiting 3.5 days to tell us nevermind?! The terrible communication and lies and blatant ignoring we have received from this company is absolutely unacceptable. Would rate zero stars if possible
If I could rate zero start I would. Ordered 4K worth of merch, delivery date noted at checkout was 6 weeks out. Then they came back and charged my another 1K for stitching costs. Fast forward 12 weeks and they do not even have the products in stock let alone start on my order. Customer Service is terrible. AVOID!
