Jun 15,2021We purchased two SLR cameras, and, having set them up and recorded traffic data, we downloaded the data and wanted to analyse it. Initially we were very disappointed with the quality and utility of the software, which, in addition to its limited design capability, failed to correctly operate. However, having contacted their support, MessagMaker responded immediately, and were extremely helpful in resolving our problems, enabling us to perform our own analyses on the raw data as appropriate.

Neil provided honest, objective guidance and an order was placed within a few days. Neil provided access to his technical team without hesitation who provided everything we needed. During procurement and shipping Neil took responsibility to ensure the correct paperwork and customs documentation was identified and followed up with couriers to ensure we knew the status of the shipment. When I initially called to discuss our need for a speed indicator I had a great discussion with a person who did not try to sell me anything! He was helpful and friendly and we ended up ordering from him. Our speed indicator device has now arrived (in good time) and we are looking forward to getting it working. And stopping the people speeding through our site!
