May 18,2023On line ordering via the website was easy and intuitive and when a substitution became an option due to supply difficulties I was contacted by phone and offered an upgraded choice at no additional cost. Goods arrived correct, well packed, on schedule and progress notifications were accurate. Very important for me was that the standard delivery charges are applicable to all areas of mainland UK, as a resident of NE Scotland I avoid companies that increase delivery charges by up to 100% dependant on post code. Will certainly consult their web site for any further requirements.

Pricing seemed competitive, but I actually didn't shop around very much- I needed an unusual Simpson bracket, and they had it in stock. Ordered Friday before bank holiday, with delivery "should be on Tuesday" In the event, the stuff was delivered to site on the Saturday. So, polite, competent, quick.
