Jun 01,2022Site was easy to use and provided accurate information on delivery times. Only reason I didn't give them four stars was because I was told that DPD would get in touch with tracking information, but I never received an email or anything and had to chase Metro Fixings to find out where the package was. Metro Fixings responded quickly and helpfully - maybe the fault was with DPD (which wouldn't surprise me) - and the package was delivered when they said it would be.
