Poor communication and movement of appointments. I felt lied to and uncared for, like I wasn't spending enough money with them to be of importance.
Talented, professional, supportive, welcoming and experienced are some words I would use to describe Dr. Annelize Meyer and her team. Always at hand to discuss, advise and plan with excellent natural looking results. My recent treatment of Botox and Filler was not only extremely relaxing, which I know sounds strange given the fact the treatment involves needles, but you really do come away feeling relaxed. Dr. Meyer is brilliant at what she does. To complete and finish my treatment I was then given a complementary 10 mins of Dermalux Light Therapy which is a really nice touch and reflects how wonderful the Meyer Clinic is. I will always highly recommend.
Great service from an experienced team that really know what they are doing. I will continue to use them going forward
Brilliant customer service, advice and treatments with exceptional results. Great clinic too. Highly recommend.
I’ve been to Annelize for many years, skilled and knowledgeable and I completely trust her advice. Amazing new clinic and lovely service.
An uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at The Meyer clinic. Upon my arrival, I was greeted rudely by the receptionist and the initial encounter left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. At the time of booking my appointment, the staff failed to inform me about the £45 consultancy fee, which came as a surprise when I was presented with the invoice. The receptionist's unfriendly demeanour and lack of respect made me feel very uncomfortable. During my visit, I was not given much information about the procedure I was supposed to undergo. I believe it's the healthcare provider's responsibility to inform patients about the treatment, potential risks and expected outcomes. The overall experience left me with little confidence in the clinic's expertise and competency. I questioned whether the staff were properly trained and experienced to provide the care I expected. Regrettably, every member of the clinic's staff I encountered exhibited unprofessional behaviour, which further eroded my confidence in the facility.
Dr Meyer is so lovely and is so knowledgable about what is best for your skin- The new clinic is brilliant and has everything you could possibly need to make your skin look and feel amazing. I have been coming for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The Meyer clinic is a professional, elegant, clean clinic. Annelize is honest and so knowledgeable. I recommend her to my friends.
Fantastic a revolution !
I have been attending the Meyer Clinic for nearly 5 years and cannot begin to express how delighted I am with the entire experience I have had. Dr Annelize Meyer has always listened to my concerns and put me at ease during my facial aesthetic procedures and the results are always very natural-looking. The care at the clinic has always been exceptional and I would like to convey my sincere thanks to Dr Meyer and the team at the clinic for the care, dedication and professionalism shown every time I visit them.
Always a friendly greeting, discreet, professional team and service … happy to offer advice but never push anything .. Would highly recommend
Professional and friendly clinic. The team is warm and welcoming, and Dr Meyer’s expertise and practice is second to none - you are made to feel more than just a patient, whether it’s hormonal or cosmetic treatment. Highly recommended
Very good service and explained everything each step of the way. Found all staff to be attentive with great customer service.
Lovely clinic. 5 star staff and 5 star service
Beautiful new clinic, friendly, efficient staff. Attended for mole removal. Dr Meyer decided to perform a less invasive procedure than I had anticipated so I was in and out quickly and saved some money too. Great service.
I found the staff welcoming and cheerful, which in itself made me feel at ease, having never had any such treatment before, I was very anxious. So all in all a life changing experience, I would certainly recommend the clinic
From the shambolic admin, to the actual 'consultation' (a £400 one hour lesson on the menopause with absolutely no discussion of my symptoms - see Trust Pilot for another similar comment), to the to the very strange recommendations and resulting prescription (vaginal testosterone, anyone? Nope - me neither), my entire experience with this clinic was a joke (except it really wasn't that funny). This clinic is clearly after your money - when I enquired for more details about my prescripton, they wanted to charge me even *more* money to provide the answers. Do yourself a favour, skip the nonsense, save some money, and find someone that actually *knows* what they're talking about - then you can get your hormones - and life - back on track.
I went to Meyer Clinic for the extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth on Apr 27. The medical care I received was top notch! No issues at all with the dentists! This review is specific to the their billing department. I was given an estimate to the tune of approximately 950$ which I paid the day of the procedure. In May I receive an EOB from my insurance which supports that a good portion of the claim was covered. Sweet! I am getting a refund! I call the office and inquire about this and I am told they are also working to get me an additional 225$. Awesome! They verify my address to mail a check. June comes, I call back and they say they are still waiting on my insurance. July comes, I call and same story. August comes, you guessed it! Same story. I call my insurance. They have not received anything additional. I call them back in September and this time I am told someone will call me back with an update. I call again in October and same story. Fast forward to November and I call my insurance again. They have yet to receive anything. All they need is a piece of paper that supports the need for the procedure for that 225$ to be covered by insurance. I call the clinic again and I am told the billing manager will call me back. At this point I am rather frustrated and mention I have left 5 messages for the billing manager to call me back and that I need some resolution. They proceed to tell me that EOBs sometimes take a while. I tell them that my procedure was on April 27 and that they got paid from my insurance on May 5. It clearly didn't take any time at all for my insurance to process a payment and all they need to do is send the additional paperwork, and get the additional amount paid and then give me a refund. I even mentioned that at this point they can send that letter to me and I will settle it with the insurance if they are that busy. Honestly I am at a loss and I am owed several hundred dollars. I need them to send the medical necessity paperwork in so I can get my additional 225$ which is why I have been so patient but this is just ridiculous! I followed up monthly, I did my due diligence and called my insurance to make sure they are not slow rolling anything, and I patiently explained the same story every time I called. Short of disputing the charge on my credit card or reporting them to Virginia Dental board I have no clue what else to do. I am not one to right negative reviews but I am beyond frustrated! Patients beware! Make sure at the time they give you an estimate that they have gotten the accurate amount from your insurance otherwise you too will be owed several hundred dollars!
Chantelle was lovely as always - and the laser treatment was swift and painless.

Nov 07,2024At least one of the poor reviews is clearly for the wrong Meyer Clinic since it is not in the US state of Virginia, but near Chichester in England. I have used this, 'right' Meyer Clinic on and off for around 10 years (travelling from West London to do so) and have always had a very positive experience and don't recognise the circumstances described in the other one star reviews. It's also worth noting that there is an unrelated Meyer Clinic in Weybridge, near London which mostly claims expertise in menopause issues, and which has some very similar negative reviews in the past (some of which have now been removed!). I suspect the other poor ones for this Meyer Clinic may actually have intended for the Weybridge one.
