May 13,2021Lovely, helpful service via telephone. You need to change the mailing information on your website, as the only delivery option to the Uk is courier service that is very expensive. I specially requested Parcel Force, as the shipping costs for courier were more expensive than the item itself. Thisw is an instrument stand marketed for violin, ukulele and guitar. However, it is brilliant for French Horn and would probably do equally well for Wagner Tuba. The Guitto stand is stable, lightweight, packs down well and holds the instrument at a height where the player can pick it up rather than by leaning over. A touch of colour is helpful, as Mr/s Bigfoot-Clumsy gets everywhere. A nice piece of kit, and I'll be glad to replace my Hercules stand, which is heavy and hard to lug around.

Great that they checked it before it left the shop and ensured everything was up to standard. Better than some online retailers that don’t check and ship in whatever condition. Will definitely use again.

Even called me on Friday to check if it was OK to do this, and called back on Wednesday to make sure that I'd received it. Will be using thus company for all my future music purchases.
