Sep 11,2018I waited 1week for my keyboard and the courier TNT are not a good company to receive goods from when you would like a delivery, they lied and said they tried to deliver my keyboard and I wasn't available and no one turned up. So I would not buy anymore instrument from mickleburgh again.

Jul 26,2018Order shipment delayed - despite website stating my order qualified for free next day shipment, actual delivery for the item took almost a week. When I called and asked for an update I was told they had been too busy to send it. Customer service extremely poor - no response to email, PayPal resolution case has not been responded too - when I spoke with them on the phone the attitude was very much I don't care and did not call back with updates as promised.
