Feb 02,2023The microvisor arrived quickly, was well packed, easy to install, and looks great. I confirmed with a smoke stick that it does indeed help my microwave vent fan do a better job at catching fumes from the front burners of my stove.

Feb 02,2023I have a retractable vent at the back of my stovetop. For years, I have dealt with smoke escaping from the stovetop when I use multiple burners, to the point where it sets off the smoke alarm. I ordered the Microvisor Hood, and the package arrived on time and in perfect condition. The frame was easy to install, and the visor extends from the microwave out to the edge of the stovetop. I am 5'9", and the visor does not impede my ability to see all the burners when I am cooking. Then I started cooking. I am very pleased to say that the visor did a fabulous job redirecting the smoke from all my pans to the vent at the rear of the stovetop. I honestly did not expect such a drastic improvement, but for my situation, the visor works. The best part was not hearing the smoke alarm go off! Thank you!

Feb 02,2023It has helped with stopping the smoke alarm for going off. I am really disappointed with the light I purchased. The charge doesn't last more than a day? i cant keep charging it every day? i think there is something wrong with it.

There was an issue with installation that I called about and the support person was able to assist by sending me a specific screw I needed.

Jan 30,2023I used the video to instal mine and that made it very easy for me, I did not use the spacers for my microwave. It looks great and it does capture ALL of the smoke coming from the burners. I now get released into the house the filtered smoke which is so much better than before, I now do not have yellow greasy cabinets above and near the microwave. My microwave exhaust does not release to the outside.

Jan 30,2023when it is on you cant see the controls on range. it how ever does do what it is intended to do. I think it could be a little longer.

Jan 29,2023The product I'd made well, but not what I expected. It comes out too far and I can't see the controls on my stove without bending down. I am trying to return it, but I have about 20 times to start the return using the email instructions and it keeps sending me errors not accepted. I read other reviews and everyone has a hard time returning, no refunds. I guess they don't back their product. I hope to get help soon. I can't afford to waste $150, who can.

Jan 29,2023What made my experience great was that I made a mistake on my order. I meant to order the black stainless steel model but mistakenly ordered the chrome stainless steel model. And I ordered it express 2 day shipping! So I emailed customer support the next business day, which was Monday, and immediately received an automated response which provided me with a phone number to call if I choose to do so. Quickly, a man whose name I cannot remember, asked me if he could be of assistance. I explained to him I made a mistake on my 2 day order and he asked for my order# and how I would like my situation to be resolved. I told him which model I ordered, and the model I wanted, and he said he would take care of it. NOW HERE'S WHAT SETS MICROVISOR HOOD APART FROM THE REST! About 10 minutes later, I logged into my account to check my order...AND IT WAS THE CORRECT ITEM!!! So here's a company that does what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it, and did it swiftly with no problems at all. Super-Fast response and resolution. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT FROM A COMPANY! Oh, yes you can. The visor works GREAT!!! Not to mention that it gives your Over The Range Microwave a look you won't see anywhere except in places where people bought the Microvisor Hood. OUTSTANDING COMPANY!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!!! I HIT THE TRIFECTA WITH THIS ONE!
