DO NOT BUY FROM MIDEA!! I wish I had read all of these bad reviews before buying my Midea AC. Their customer service is non-existent. Instead of providing real service, their agent asks for all of the information that is already registered with them. Every time I submit what they've asked, they come back with something else that is ridiculous, without providing any attempt at answering my concerns. Regardless of what I give them (serial #, sales receipt, address, etc.), they request something else — all of which is on file (or should be), since I registered the product with them. BUYER BEWARE!!

Midea doesn't stand behind their products. After only two months I experienced issues with the remote for my AC and could tell how things were going to go as soon as the cs agent began speaking. Everything possible to suggest that any product issues were MY FAULT right from the start and after providing all the necessary info like my name and address, model number, serial number, date of purchase and location of purchase (which i already provided screenshots of when registering the product along with having to provide model and serial number when registering), phone number, email address, and everything else under the sun to annoy you out of continuing, they finally decided they couldn't blame me, but then wanted me to send physical receipts (which amazon doesn't provide, the damn thing was shipped with the sealed manufacturers box as the shipping container with no physical proof of purchase included) AND photos of the model and serial number, despite the fact that I'd already provided them the model and serial number. All over a cheap "chinese style" remote that stopped working. You know the ones I'm talking about, that cost them about a dollar to manufacture. Basically a plastic tray containing a mini board and battery with a flimsy fexible piece of paper thin plastic "sheet" stuck over the top? 🤣 Like I'm going to take all the mounting crap off to get this thing out of the window to provide them a photo of information i already verified, over a cheap remote! Clearly just a tactic of making things more trouble than it's worth in order to cheap out of honoring their defective parts warranty. And all just because they don't want to lose a dollar to keep a customer happy and honor their warranty?? What a joke! I'll just buy a sturdy generic universal control. When the time comes to buy a new AC, Midea will not be getting my business and hopefully this review costs them the a loss of at least one future sale. I've never had an experience where a company DIDNT jump through hoops over a cheap accessory just to keep a customers business and get good reviews. Clearly Midea just doesn't care and doesn't deserve business.

Kann den schlechten Bewertungen nur Recht geben. Eine schlechtere Bewertung als einen Stern gibt es leider nicht. Luftentfeuchter nach 3 Jahren kaputt. Kundenservice Hotline hat nach Anruf nur gesagt: „Kaufen Sie sich doch einfach ein neues Gerät“ Midea, nein Danke, nie wieder!!!!!

Nach 1,5 Jahren ist unser Kühlschrank kaputt gegangen, zwei Wochen warten bis ein Techniker kommt, und das im Sommer. Unser Kühlgut musste entsorgt werden da er in der Nacht einfach nicht mehr gekühlt hat. Keine Kulanz Z.B mit einem Gutschein für die kaputt gegangenen Produkte.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Klimagerät mit einem falschen Zubehörteil geliefert bekommen und Anschluss somit nicht möglich. Es scheint unmöglich zu sein das richtige Teil zu bekommen. Verkäufer kann nur Rücknahme anbieten und der Telefonsupport von Hersteller Midea sagt ich muss es schriftlich bestellen aber auf meine Mails habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Nicht einmal eine Eingangsbestätigung. Wollte meine Dachgeschosswohnung damit kühlen aber jetzt darf ich das schwere Ding wohl wieder runtertragen wg einem kleinen Plastikteil. Werde auch nicht warten bis der Sommer vorbei ist. Unglaublich schlecht.

Adoro la loro qualità, ho ricevuto una friggitrice ad aria e devo dire che sono rimasta molto sorpresa non solo dal design elegante compatto e moderno ma anche dalla velocità di cottura, dall’efficenza dell’elettrodomestico. Un fantastico connubio da avere in cucina. Grazie assolutamente promossi

Dehumidifier didn't work from the onset. Contacted the company who just sent me on a run around for a further 10 days. Eventually got it returned but would never buy from Midea UK again

Gefrierschrank hat nicht die zugesicherten Eigenschaften. Nach nur 9 Monaten in Betrieb Funktion beeinträchtigt. Weder Lidl als Händler noch der Hersteller halten es für nötig für Abhilfe zu sorgen. 470 l Gefriergut müssen nun entsorgt werden. Einmal und nie wieder Midea. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. 👎👎👎👎👎

Service = 0 Sterne Kundendienst = 0 Ersatzteile = 0 Erreichbar Telefon = 0 E-Mail = 0 Ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Das muss man erst einmal als Firma schaffen. Über eine Woche versucht jemanden für ein Ersatzteil zu erreichen. Jetzt entsorge ich den Schrott.

Lavastoviglie guasta all'arrivo. Da mesi cercano di ripararla senza successo. Mai potuta utilizzare. A tutt'oggi ancora non funziona.

Lavastoviglie non funzionante già appena arrivata. Assistenza latitante , dopo mesi dalla segnalazione del guasto ancora devono ripararla. Prodotto e assistenza molto scadenti.

We bought a Midea freezer/refrigerator unit in January 2021 which broke down with a serious system system leak. We consider it new, but Midea won't do anything becuase their warranty only covers 1 year. The appliance service company says it would be $1,000 to repair-- almost the cost of the new unit. Bottom line AVOID MIDEA! They don't stand behind their product.

Bought a fridge from Trade Tested NZ, then one of the shelf got damaged, I order and pay $25 for it to get replaced. Got told I will receive it within 7 business days, its 8 months now Im still waiting. Don't waste your money buying their product.

Finger weg von Midea !!! Abzocke Ich habe einen Kühlschrank bestellt, der wurde in mein Treppenhaus geschmissen/abgestellt, ohne dass ich eine Mitteilung darüber bekam mit DPD. Die Verpackung war stark beschädigt und die Tür ist kaputt vom Kühlschrank. Der Kundendienst ist eine Katastrophe, sie sagen, ich soll mich an Saturn wenden, da ich es online dort mit bestellt habe, aber mein Vertragspartner ist ganz klar Midea. Sie wollen den Kühlschrank weder abholen noch zurücknehmen, jetzt gebe ich es dem Anwalt. Leider spricht es auch nicht für Saturn, dass sie mit solchen Partnern zusammenarbeiten

So I'm writing from Singapore We bought a Midea dryer a year or so ago and added a five-year warranty Well, the dryer broke down recently. That wasn't really the issue. The real issue was how Midea people refused to help us with our dryer. We've been calling and calling and calling, begging for help, asking (very nicely, mind you) for someone to call us back... NOBODY EVER DOES We've been living without a dryer for some weeks now, and this would normally not be a problem in previously sunny Singapore, but alas, the country has become England with the weather, all that rain and damp and grey skies Midea has zero accountability, zero responsibility, and zero sense of decency. We haven't met a single staff member who was willing to help, or you know, at least do their job This has led us to conclude that Midea Singapore underpays its staff terribly, which would explain the horrendous passive-aggressive attitude In any case, we've resorted to hanging clothes in the living area and also hiring an external laundry service, but wanted to come in and tell EVERYONE NEVER TO BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM THIS BRAND IF YOU'RE IN SINGAPORE Because we can't unfairly judge everybody else in other parts of the world That is all Thank you

Il frigo troppo rumoroso , chiamo il centro assistenza per risolvere il problema è parlo con gente che a stento capisce l’italiano. Scrivo all azienda e mi indirizzano ad un centro assistenza che definire poco serio e un eufemismo. Ad oggi dopo meno di sei mesi sto ancora aspettando la sostituzione.
